How we work.

In-house, start to finish
Design, proposal and permits, site work, building erection, HVAC, electrical and interior design are done by our own team. One schedule, one point of contact, and nobody pointing at somebody else when a detail needs sorting out.

Local — and Canadian
We are a local, Canadian company, and we support local communities, Canadian suppliers and Canadian businesses wherever possible — a choice about where the money goes, not just where the materials come from.

After the sale is just the beginning
The contract is the start of the work, not the end of the attention. From the first design through to the final walkthrough, the same team stays with the project.

Recycled in, recovered out
Recycled steel and other recycled materials go into the construction process as a matter of course. On site, leftover materials — extra steel especially — are separated so they are recovered rather than sent to landfill.
