Accessibility

Last updated October 7, 2026

This site is built to be usable by everyone.

Our commitment

ICS Buildings Design & Construction wants everyone to be able to use this website and reach us, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of building the site properly, not as an extra.

The standard we work to

This website is designed and tested to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA — the standard referenced by Canadian accessibility legislation and by the national standard CAN/ASC - EN 301 549.

What that means in practice

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
  • Pages use proper headings, landmarks and labels so they work with screen readers.
  • Photographs have text descriptions; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Text and controls meet Level AA colour-contrast requirements.
  • Pages reflow on small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged to 200%.
  • Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Form fields are labelled, required fields are identified, and no task has a time limit.

Other ways to reach us

You never have to use the website forms. Call (403) 274-4477 or email admin@icsbuildingsdesign.com and we will take your enquiry, or provide any information on this site, in a format that works for you.

Known limitations

Links to our social media pages lead to third-party sites whose accessibility we do not control. Plans or drawings we send during a project may be technical PDFs; ask and we will walk you through them or provide them another way.

Feedback

If something on this site is difficult to use, please tell us at admin@icsbuildingsdesign.com or (403) 274-4477. We aim to reply within five business days and to fix genuine barriers promptly.
