Two-storey steel building frame going up on an Alberta site, with crews working from a telehandler basket and roof joists already set

Design & ConstructionCalgary, Alberta

Designed
and built.

Steel buildings, barndominiums and shops across Western Canada — designed, permitted and built by one team, under one contract.

How it runs

Design, permit, construct.

  1. 01

    Design

Your site, your use and your budget turned into a building that works — layout, structure, and the HVAC, electrical and interior design planned alongside it rather than fitted in later.

  2. 02

    Proposal & permits

A written proposal setting out scope and how the project will be run, then the engineering and permit applications handled by the same team. You are not left to coordinate the paperwork.

  3. 03

    Construct

Surveying, excavation and compaction testing, then foundations, building erection and in-house finishing — through to the final walkthrough.

Sustainability

Recycled in, recovered out.

Sustainability is a standard, not an upgrade. Recycled steel and other recycled materials go into the construction process, without giving up the strength, durability and precision the building has to deliver.

It carries on once we are on site. Leftover construction materials are separated as the job goes — extra steel especially — so they are recovered rather than sent to landfill.

How the building systems work

Canadian-owned · Alberta-based

Build with a Canadian company.

We believe in supporting local communities, Canadian suppliers and Canadian businesses wherever possible — on materials, on trades, and on who we hand the work to.

Where we build

Building across Western Canada.

Based in Calgary, working from southern Alberta up to central Alberta and into the Crowsnest Pass. Rural sites are not an exception — they are a big part of the work.
